An E-Ticket is an electronically delivered ticket via email. This will come in the form of a QR Code or a Bar Code. To gain entry into the event you must take the booking reference or bar code with you, either on your phone or as a paper print out along with ID to gain entry to the event.

You may also be required, if requested by the organizer to provide the credit card that was used in the transaction. We recommend printing the E-ticket in full to avoid any issues at the door.

Stub Avenue cannot be held responsible for any issues arising if you do not take this reference/bar code with you.

Stub Avenue use Comodo certified 256-bit Secure Socket Layering and also Stripe Merchant services to process your payments. To keep your details safe we do not store your credit card details after the transaction is complete.

We take payments through Stripe merchant services. This service accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB and all debit cards.

Please go to MY TICKETS in your account panel, where you would be able to re-print your eticket. If you are still having issues, please feel free to contact us.

Ticket pricing is set by the event organizers. Stub Avenue has no control over ticket prices.

The limit for ticket purchases for a single event in a single transaction is six (6). The event organizer can edit the quantity if they so desire.

Tickets purchased through Stub Avenue are subject to a Service fee of 2.5% + .99 cents per ticket and a Payment Processing fee of 2.9% + .30 cents on the completed transaction.

To cover our costs we charge a Service fee on a per-ticket basis. We always try to ensure that our Service fee is one of the lowest online for tickets. E-Tickets do not incur any additional charges than our processing fees.


Physical Paper tickets will incur a printing and postage cost (Will vary upon destination and ticket type).

What you see at checkout is what you pay. There are no hidden costs apart from the Ticket Price and Booking Fee.

Stub Avenue and all organizers standard policy is that we are unable to offer refunds for ticket purchases unless the event is cancelled.

This is outlined in our terms and conditions during purchase and is an industry-wide standard. Please ensure during your purchase that you are buying the correct number of tickets for the correct event. If you have any questions or queries about a purchase you have made, please contact us.

Events payouts can be carried out in two forms: via Direct Payment or via Check Payment. Event Organizers can enter their preferred method of remittance in the Payment Option section in the admin panel.
